# Preliminary Proposal for Factland Team

## Statement of Work

This proposal aims to clarify our service offerings for the Factland team based on both known and speculative budgets. It includes a two-phased approach—starting with an initial design sprint and moving onto a second phase for further development and consultation. The scope of work for each phase will vary depending on the findings of the previous stage.

## Deliverables

### Phase 1: Initial Design Sprint

1. A report outlining:
- Foundation and assumptions review
- Identified gaps in existing research
- Stakeholder interviews to validate MVP features
- Recommendations for next steps, including:
- Identified out of the box solutions that may have been uncovered
- Scope for custom development, if needed
- An associated budget for moving forward

**Pricing**: $800 for one 2hr session, $1300 for two 2hr sessions

### Phase 2: Research and Development

*Could include the following, subject to change based on the outcome of the initial sprint.*
1. User Interviews and analysis
2. User stories, user flows, and revised sitemap
3. Low-fidelity to high-fidelity wireframes of revised app
4. Branding package:
- Minimal = Brand guide (logo, fonts, colors, composition)
- Comprehensive: Visual design system in Figma with the above plus UI components prepped for hand-off to developers.
5. Optional: Consultation on tokenomics design (requires additional raider to be sourced and added to proposal)

**Pricing**: *TBD on results from Phase 1*

## Exclusions

- As of now, we will not be consulting or scoping token mechanics and associated infrastructure. This can be added.
- The budget does not include costs for frontend development. A dev will need to be sourced and bring their own pricing and timelines for execution, based on the scope of phase 1.
