## Agreements

Raid Guild agrees to perform the work outlined in the scope section of this document. Failure to deliver the work outlined under Smart Contract, Metadata Generation, Minting UI, Meta Data Hosting, Site Hosting, Live Support, and Dao Configuration can result in the return of funds from escrow to Meta Nugs Club.

## Severability

Raid Guild can not guarantee pricing or availability of community managers from wgmidao, however, mackenzie can consult on selecting a community manager.

* S3 bucket to host metadata so we can make live edits. Back up metadata

### Site hosting
* Minting site hosted at subdomain from Metanugs team

### Live Support
* War room on minting day to open whitelist, monitor site, hot fixes if needed

### DAO Configuration
- Set up a DAO to hold some portion of sales - 5000 wxdai
- Royalty integration in NFT contract - 600 wxdai

### Discord management - 2k wxDai / mo (depending on wgmidao availability & rates)

### Integration with Rarity tools - 2eth to rarity tools, 500 dai
