# Boardroom - Proposal

## Context
Boardroom is a governance aggregator and SDK to create a single hub for all governance decisions.

Longer term vision is to allow for stakeholder managed platform to scale.

Goal is to create a platform for protocol politicians.

## Project Goals
More protocols are having livestream governance calls as a way to increase LP participation and broadcast important information to their respective community.

Boardroom wants to integrate these calls with their current governance platform. This includes the ability for users to watch current calls, rewatch previous calls, and submit questions to be answered on the calls, all directly from the Boardroom portal

## User Stories

As a protocol I want to be able to stream my Token Holder calls on my boardroom page so that I can keep my token holders up to date with changes.

As a protocol I want to be able to input call specific information so that my community can understand general information surrounding the call.

As a user I want to be able to view live calls of protocols I'm invested in so that I can learn more about upcoming changes.

As a user I want to be able to watch previous investor calls so I can see previous decisions made.

As a user, I want to be able to submit questions to the protocol so that I can have input on the decisions being made.

As a token holder, I want to be able to upvote community questions so that we can choose which questions are being added.
- *Ability for vote weight to correspond to the amount of a token a token holder has*

As a user I want to be able to download a calendar event for each call so that I can have upcoming events on my screen.

As a protocol I need to be able to submit a form with information regarding my investor calls so that boardroom has applicable information to display regarding my call.
- *Note that this will be done in an MVP format. At most it will be a JSON integration and at the minimum a google form submission. Final determination to be done during the project with the client.*

## Design

## Signoff Criteria
- Sign Off Process:
- Fork the Boardroom Repo and run the final product locally
- The Signoff will be done on the local version running correctly
- The final deliverable Raid Guild will hand off is the forked RePo

- Sign Off Criteria:
- The Boardroom project will be considered complete when the following criteria are accomplished
- [ ] All User Stories referred to in the above section can be completed by the intended users
- [ ] UI Designs are built per the specs in the delivered figma designs

## Schedule and Budget
**Start Date:** 12/7/2020 (assumed contract is signed by 12/4/2020)
**Project Delivered for Signoff:** 12/23/2020
**Project End Date:** 12/31/2020
- *NOTE: The difference between project delivery date and end date is to timebox the signoff expectation.*

**Budget:** $15,000
