I think Ven helped collab on this https://www.loom.com/share/b6f81c5a0c524d09a90ec3e3c4e22102 ### High level Implimentation idea - using NFTs - experience (amount of raids) - Basic XP NFT (cumulative, granted by another expert after raid) - Expert NFT (automatic on n xp nfts; possibly many levels) - skills (categorical) - Skill NFTs (general skillset > specific tool; eg: Archer > Photoshop) - Certificates (issued by the dao. requires vote or automatic) - RG full member - Master Raider (eg: Ser Dekan) - p2p chievs are still their to rep (general recognition) - 1-ups, free to give p2p Current members that have been a raid lead will get a expert class NFT to start. At the start of each raid collaborator state which level they are at and at the end of a raid the expert gives out a number of collaborator nfts in which they think they have earned. once a member has rached 10 collaborator NFTs they can get the expert NFT. skill badge NFTs can be given out by experts and collaborators of a certain level Certificates can be given out by the DAO and would be for next level peeps. *long term the idea behind this is that it helps inform a standard for **dao 2 dao relations and identity*** ### tech notes this could be acomplished with chievment and daohaus daos ![](https://i.imgur.com/HWo8yct.png) ### other ideas RG token - a community token could be used to engage with perspective new members. initial token drop to all current members, and some % to the dao, and some % to a minion (external account), some % to clients. bonus token drops from the dao to raid/rip teams on ship. bonuses to paladin and cleric. member 2 member payments for internal work funds can be paid to apprentice cohorts these tokens can then be bought back from apprentices with shares (if desiered) phase 2: client 2 dao payments, we will accept RG token used to pay non internal RIP bounties
