# RAID Ops Longevity Proposal

## Context
Many Raiders are working on multiple projects at once and move in and out of there ability to commit or "run" a long term project. During the initial raid party working on the token launch, we saw this first hand. This caused both burnout of some members + lost knowledge from rotating Raiders.

We wanted to create a framework that avoided the above problem and accomplished the following:
- Was decentralized enough that operations didn't fall on one leader
- Create a way for those contributing on a more consistent basis to earn a reward
- Incentivize committing to an initiative
- Had a clear set of tasks that need to be accomplished on a regular basis
- Enabled anyone to start an initiaive they find interesting
- Incentivized retro's

## Proposal

**tl;dr:** Create a list of standard tasks with a bounty associated to each task. These bounties would include both a RAID reward and a REP reward. Then run initiative RAIDs based raider contributions of RAID and REP.

### Details
Create a dual module reward system for RAID. Module 1 contains the standard list of operational tasks and bounties for the upcoming month while Module 2 is a framework for new RAID initiatives to gain support and funding.

**Module 1:** Module 1 creates a list of atomic tasks (max 30) that need to happen to keep a project running. Each one of these tasks have an associated "point" or "bounty" in completing the tasks. The more you complete, the more reward you gain.
- Based on the reputation you gain, you "level up" in your influence sphere. This is key to understand who has more experience on the project.
