# Minimum Viable Treasurer

### Bookkeeping

- 90% of treasury is bookkeeping. What comes into the bank(s), what goes out of the bank(s).
- Currently this is being 'synced' monthly or so.
- Discoverability and transparency is low for new members
- Overhead of accounting will be significant if not maintained

1. Recording Raid Spoils
2. Record Shares from Raid "buy"
1. Record Shares earned from RIPs

- Spoils paid to bank on unlock
- Incoming funds to same address (not sent, needs to call function)

Current: Multi-sig
- Spoils paid manually
- Separate addresses for each raid, can be yeeted

Tracking Raids and Members in AirTable

Estimates generated and Invoices sent with Google sheets or hackmd

Proposals are generally hackmd docs with light descriptions.
