## Roundup Reiteration

### Raids, Raids, Raids!

- We need some clients to start using and testing the auction queue flow
- Cleric updates for some Raids
- Apprentices have been jumping into the Round Ups and are seeking work
- *Question: Where did Moloch get you in your Raids? Where did we have coordination failures?*
- **DAOSquare**
- Client had lots of demands and requests after the team spent lots of time spent getting the proposal ready
- RG team did a great job, especially the Clerics
- Dungeon Master feature: Add a *red flag* to a client
- Learn from each of these experiences — what can we start including for temp checks?
- Reach out to tae if you have questions about these types of experiences
- We should get deposits up front when we're doing deep scoping and work
- Retainers for the team?
- Make a RIP to pay out the team who spent time on this project
- **Solidity Mob**
- Created a distributed working environment (more so than typical Raids) — this process is going well, but faces coordination challenges such as finding meeting times

### RIPs

- **Loot and Adventurer NFTs**
- Maps, monsters, encounters? Similar to how Loot was dropped
- Check out the **pfp** channel
- Quick Solidity sprint — if interested, reach out to **dekan**
- Take inspiration from *Dungeons and Dragons Monster Manual*!
- **Treasury RIP & $RAID Liquidity**
- This is alive now! Props to the team for getting this live
- We have $RAID in the treasury and we wanted to provide liquidity for folks to be able to acquire RAID
- Decided on conservative approach ($40k in RAID and wETH backing it)
- Estimated that people would be interested in buying ~$500 worth of RAID ($500 as a target due to current consultation fee) with no more than 2% slippage
- Avoided valuing RAID too highly at first and allow room for folks to push the price up
- Currently no incentives for others to provide liquidity — if this becomes an issue we can provide more ourselves or provide incentives for others
- RAID/HAUS pool?
- Added a [new issue template to the $RAID RIP](https://github.com/raid-guild/RIPs/issues/56)
- Request $RAID funds as a correction, to reward someone for work, etc.
- Follows RIP process — keep the processes coupled
- There are guidelines from the initial distribution as well
- For the Seasons — can we send RAID to the Season DAO treasuries?
- Can we set something aside and have the coordinator submit a proposal?
- Should go to the minimum amount per Raider and request that amount for each person
- Could we pair this with a Coordinape per Season?
- [RIP Proposal](https://github.com/raid-guild/RIPs/issues/56) for additional funds / RAID for the Token Team has been submitted

### Season 2 Cohort

- RIP proposal incoming for $5000
- Projects are great! Each sponsor has a project (DAOhaus, MetaGame, MetaFactory)
- Every cohort seems to be iterating on the project process
- Projects are all really great and thorough — check them out if you haven't seen them!
- Folks took the initial ideas added to the project sheet and ran with them -- forming teams, coordinating, iterating, sharing, co-creating
- Some of the project teams have been asking about funds, so we should decide as a group what we can fund as RIPs
- Season 2 folks will be presenting at the 9/9/21 *Round Table*
- Could folks from the previous cohort work on the upcoming cohort?
- Bring each other up with Raid Guild support
- Season 2 has decided to have weekly calls and there are folks stepping up to facilitate
- What can we continue to automate? What's the balance between automation and facilitation?
- Having project ideas for the cohort apprentices is a critical part of the cohort process
- Let's set up an ideation call for Season 3 projects

- Axe throwing!
- TRVE brewery and chicken meetup for a lunch or dinner?
- Apprentice meetup for folks who are in the area?
