## Raids, Raids, Raids!

- Raise raid prices, generally

## Treasury Management

- Three parts:
- yVault tokens on Mainnet and then bridging over (yield bearing Eth tokens) — yield exposed to Eth
- Stablecoin — Sushi has good rewards on xDAI and USDC
- Staking tokens into a Sushi farm
- Removed from Rage Quit ability, but could potentially support buy outs
- Provide liquidity for wETH/xDAI?
- Anywhere we provide wETH liquidity we'd get fees through routing — another option to get yield
- 10% fund for a Raid degen team to make money in the space
- Trusting an internal team — this is a normal practice in Token/Degen DAOs

## Season 2

- Episode 3 was on 8/25 — great turnout and participation from the cohort
- Lots of progress on projects — formed squads, jumped in and went far with the ideas we provided
- Will try to organize having some apprentices come and share projects during next week's Round Table
- Workshops received great feedback and were greatly appreciated:
- Jaqi's UX/UI workshop was recorded
- mkdir/jp Solidity/web3 transition

## MCON dot Fun

- Send an application on the website pretty soon
- 9/15 - 9/17 — Talks, workshops, co-working and takes place through central denver
- Raid Guild will be throwing axes and representing the Guild
- Group going to Meow Wolf on Monday!
- Give out RAID to folks who come and talk with Guild Members
- MetaCartel having a "Master of Chili" role who gives out CHILI
- Master of RAID?
- Has anyone ever done a faucet contract? Scan a QR → get their daily RAID drip
- Can drop tokens into multiple burner wallets and hand out via QR codes
- Make a stack of burner wallets with RAID — do these as business cards
- Business cards with stickers of QR codes to hand out
- How do we create a stack of burner wallets?
- There could potentially be RAID that's not spent if connected with QR codes that aren't handed out
- LinkDrop? Similar to SporkDAO drop
- What are the goals? Interactivity and engagement? Marketing? Get RAID into the community and have them use it?
- QR code quests or scavenger hunts?
- Breaking up a seed phrase into a scavenger hunt — can tie into local businesses such as bars?
- Could be another quest to sequence the words

## Token Talk

- Token talk — proposal to add $30k in wETH for Honeyswap pool
- Increased engagement from past clients —
- Asking about how they can use Raid for bonuses or whatever else
- Excitement around having received RAID and looking to engage with it
- Tipping RAID with CollabLand?
- Need to remind JY about whitelisting RAID
- Fund for Clients and Members who were missed in the initial drop?
- Need to set up a process around this for folks who have been missed to send proposals (or something else)
- Try to use the standard RIP/proposal process for this (not all may require the full DAO proposal structure — could do a soft consensus first)
- Determine what the % would be for a RIP proposal, and then if someone wants more go through DAO proposal
- Token Committee or a Token Representative?
- Making a defined operational process — something similar to the DAOhaus Alchemist team
- Add comments by end of day today about the distribution for previous work on RAID (check the channel)
