# Raid Guild Round Table Notes: 7/8/2021

## Roundup Reiteration

- Moving people into the DAOhaus Boost Foundry — could spin up a separate project
- Service DAO thing that's being pumped soon — incorporate Raid Guild product suite as boosts (such as Smart Invoice, consultation auctions, etc.)
- Generalize these and integrate as boosts
- Static sites for DAOs

## Raids

- Raiders needed? Roster currently full?
- Some raids are wrapping up

## RIPs

- Moloch v3:
- Testing and documentation!
- Dungeon Master UX Sprint:
- Working on system flows
- Identifying functions by page
- Will coordinate with the team working on API
- Graph Course:
- Great experience
- RIP to fund the course itself?
- We should do more education — this tees up what we'd want to do with our Solidity education
- *The Graph* not as interested as doing a sponsored course but were open to a grant to package up the lessons and make available as an organized course with office hours
- Could we find a client who needs education material as part of a client project?
- Great first use case! We could eventually go to other DAOs
- Grants will be open to the public to see the amount
- What would a good grant amount be?
- If this becomes a larger project (beyond the grant) a RIP may make sense
- Early on, there were education initiatives in the guild — we're in a position to look toward creating more education experiences for Members
- Having the resources available helps level up skill sets and is a nice perk

## In the Uberhaus

- Governance rewards have gone out
- Could this be used to rewards through tips? Bring in Collab.Land
- RG is one of largest DAOs in the UH group, so RG got one of the largest allocations of HAUS
- Would we be willing to give up some of our allocation to pump other DAOs who received less?
- How are contributions by UH delegates being tracked?
- Working on a system to help with this — voting process or POAPs?
- Proposal → "Were you here at this meeting?" → Vote *yes* if attending
- Could be in the Uber Paladins DAO due to short grace period?
- Will broadcast more ways for delegates to get involved — this is slowly growing
- UH meeting Friday 12EST

## Token Talk

- Continuing to work on this — consultation queue frontend is coming along
- Addresses posted in chat need to fill out the form for token distribution
- ~60 responses to the form so far
- Once there are enough responses work on the Scouts RIP can begin

## Open Floor

- Scouting for Solidity devs
- Meetspace channel?:
- Channel about meeting IRL — have some meetups going!
- What category should this go in?
- OrochiDAO — party DAO focusing on sponsoring meetups (prior to COVID)
- These meetups could be a good way to get our name out
- Use Alchemix to fund this?
- Put in $10,000 and then take a self-paying loan to fund these parties
- Raid Guild could do some talks (could this be related to the Scouts RIP?)
- Raid Guild party at EthDenver?
- Get ahead of the ball on this and think of fund allocation
- Start collectively coordinating logistics (attendees, travel, hosting people, etc.)
- Spork sponsoring Raid Guild?
- Member world map?
- - DAO that helps train public officials on blockchain narrative
- Uniswap lobbying group
- Would be great to get politicians familiar with DAOs and open source
- Emergent local government through DAOs
