# Raid Guild Round Table Notes: 7/22/2021

## Updates

- MetaCon (MetaCartel Con) — September 21 - 24:
- In talks with a brewery to brew *Blood of Moloch* — not fully locked in but this is promising!
- **Bau** doing some scouting for some places for folks to stay for the week
- Is there something the guild can do to help get this rolling?
- Design a static page? Get the momentum going

- We need to determine the number of RG folks coming
- Use a Kickback with $CHILI or $RAID or $ROBOT (any MetaCartel token)
- NFTs as tickets? $rCHILI for buying certain things?
- Would be able to count how many people are coming
- Ideation session about how DAOhaus and Raid Guild can support

## Raids, Raids, Raids!

- We need more Solidity devs to boost our capacity
- *weeBid*:
- Haven't done an official consultation — **penguin** took an iniital call but may be helpful for a technical PM to join the call tomorrow (Friday 7/23)
- If interested, DM **Bau**
- Capacity concerns: Solidity heavy, we should be hesitant to take on more Solidity projects until we finish our existing Solidity projects
- **Scott** chatting with **Sazerac**: Roadmapping is what we call our Design Sprints
- Helping clients understand their desires and map what we can build to their roadmap
- We can work on refining the consultation and roadmapping process and staying close to this project will keep us more efficient

### Dungeon Master UX

- UX/UI nearly ready for having Members go through the flows as testers — if interested for being an early Member tester reach out to **DamagedGoods**
- Need **4 clerics** and **4 general raiders**
- Want to be sure that it's being built for *everyone in the guild*

## Smart Escrow Demo

- Basically ready for use on new raids!
- Group effort to bring to fruition!
- **Questions**:
- How much of a dependency is the Raid Guild Airtable or would other DAOs be able to use this?
- Everything in the demo uses the existing Smart Invoice factory contract — the withdraw functions are new
- Withdraw splits spoils (10%) into the DAO and the rest into the Raid Party
- Can we change the destination of the split and then add another split to RG? This would allow this to become a product
- Is there a UI built for the arbitration provider?
- Additional product ideas:
- Is there a way to use this as an escrow for bounties?
- Commit $ and choose the payee

## Discussion Topics

- SecOps Discussion
- Be aware of pushing your any private keys to GitHub
- If this happens, scrap wallet immediately since there are bots that can grab it
- Similar to what happens if API keys are pushed to GitHub — even if scrubbing git history should consider the keys compromised since a bot could immediately grab it
- If private key is compromised:
- Scrap wallet immediately → Rage Quit → tribute again to join the Guild
