Pros/cons? - Pros: - $ is good - Cons: - Strings are bad — what are we promising to sponsors? - Speaking slots could potentially skew education for members new to web3 — wouldn't want to skew what we're telling folks due to sponsorship - Name drop, sponsor presentation, bounties - Can adjust price point - Could do YCombinator cohort model — sign people up for Sponsor free trials? - Are there any free trials we could offer to cohort members? - Sponsors deciding projects: - Placement possibilities for cohort members — introducing people to platform who could potentially be contributors - Cohort split: NFT or DeFi project (stand up an MVP) for ongoing hackathons - Mock version of clients - Load cohort with people interested in marketing and documentation as projects - Progress has been made: Cleric documentation, user research personnel - Could add more of these as tasks for the cohort - Sponsors could add some content to the idea/project board for cohort - If we have a sponsor and it's undertaken by cohort, would we also ask for sponsor to pay for the project? - Likely depends on the sponsorship amount - Should we start timing cohort seasons around hackathons? - Have teams participating in hackathons - End dates for cohorts - Graduation dates — would like more guild support when cohorts launch - Post a RG hackathon at end of cohort? - Invite other DAOs to have teams as well - Having raiders work on projects from sponsors/clients would be a resume boost and also get practice for working with external clients (as well as external payment) ## Token Talk - Fill out the form if you want tokens!
