## Raids, Raids, Raids!

- Areas to improve (based on client feedback):
- Responsiveness on initial consultations, especially when $RAID has been used to push to top of queue list
- Private channel should be set up faster (progress started once channel was set up, but we could try to get started faster)
- Incentive (or penalties?) for hitting/missing Milestones
- (Comms Management) Managing expectations and ensuring client is priority
- (Resource Management) Ensuring that Raiders are starting and making progress toward Milestones and deadlines
- **xDAI Rebranding**
- We all should be invested in xDAI's success since we're deeply connected in the ecosystem
- xDAI has been a great client over the years

- Dungeon Master v1 nearly done, v2 kickoff and scoping after NFT NYC

### Token Talk
- Championing Proposal
- As we grow, harder to collectively ensure our high standards for new members
- Introducing new incentives for Championing -- need to stake $RAID (50,000 for someone who hasn't gone through a cohort and 25,000 for someone who has gone through cohort)
- Stake is returned if Member meets criteria over first 2 months + reward is granted to Champion
- Can the new Member also get some $RAID? (Broader conversation about how Members acquire $RAID for Raids and Rips)
- Token Entanglement
- **dekan** created a [Hackmd](https://hackmd.io/AvJyrgskSWOVHSKFHhhZPw) outlining a proposal for our Treasury to be $RAID only
- Spoils, new Member tribute would be in $RAID to make token required for DAO to operate instead of a side utility in product

- Transition $RAID to a community token from a utility/product token
- Next Steps:
- Talk through this in upcoming *Token Talk*
- Will be on the forum looking for feedback and discussion
- Are we early for this? Are there other things that need to happen first? (LP DAO)

## Season 3
- Props to **Jordan** for idea to run cohort week of 11/8 focusing on Community Designers/Managers and then have these folks integrate into the Season 3 Cohort as a project
- Season 3 would basically run all of November
- How do we want to sequence our cohorts? Community roles first -> larger cohort (all roles)
- Pre-training and prepping folks to help coach the cohort
- On Deck doing a community cohort in late November (focused on folks doing something different, this one is web3 community focused) -- could be a potential onramp
- Check out the potential sponsors list Hackmd that Scott shared in **guild-member-chat**
- How could we do bounties for internal projects that cohort folks work on?
- Set a bounty budget for projects we want them to work on and pick up
