### Overview

xToken seeks to build a lending platform where holders of xTokens (xKNC, xSNX, xAAVE, etc.) can borrow against their token value.

**Deliverables**
- Develop all contracts inline with the scope doc above
- Programmatic unit testing and holistic system stress tests
- Continuous internal audit spot checks throughout
- Flow diagrams for contract/function interactions

**Process Notes**
- At minimum, we shall meet every other week to stay aligned and on target.
- Small questions can be handled asynchronously in chat, but we'll be available for spot meetings as well as needed.

### Assumptions

- Utilize learnings from existing protocols to not reinvent the wheel, but codebase should be distinct and not a blunt fork.
- Admin control will be delegated to a simple multisig at launch.
