# Boardroom - Notes

Boardroom is a governance aggregator and SDK to create a single hub for all governance decisions.

Longer term vision is to allow for stakeholder managed platform to scale.

Goal is to create a platform for protocol politicians.

- Delivery Date: Want to showcase a new way to hosting these calls for the v1 in the new year (2021).
- Budget: Flexible on it

## Current Status
- The have mock ups in head designs
- Embedding existing video tools
- Have a good direction on the type of mechanisms to be using
- Have a PM, but depending on price they would potentially provide a budget

## Need
- Design: They need to create hi fidelity design
- User Research: Potentially do some user interviews to understand the flow
- Don't think they have any user stories
- Frontend Build:
- Ideally want to get something out by 2021

## Notes from Call with ECWireless
- 4 Screens econpassing 3 features
- 20 hours per page (est)
- Can dedicate 30 hours a week
- Est Delivery: Jan 8th (assuming Dec 7th start date)
- $65 per hour = $5k

As a protocol I want to be able to stream my Token Holder calls on my boardroom page so that I can keep my token holders up to date with changes.
