- What do the OGs have to show for their experience?

### History

- Talking shit
- Few actionable intiatives
- Little tracking the results of what was done
- Hats Protocol
- Champion Staking
- Rite of Moloch (cohort staking)
- Token gated channels

### Authority

- Have support of the DAO
- Can provide our recommendations and the community decides

### Personal Goals

- Number go up
- Benefit holders with big bags
- We are supposed to be good at this
- Provide the systems to play the game
- Model how it should be done
- Develop a service we can sell to other communities
- Create a culture of promising outcomes
- Encourage people to try and fail
- Know where we get the biggest bang for the buck

## Concerns

- Different ideas of what the system should be
- Token launched before considering mechanisms
- Little progress with previous Token Talks
- Consensys not working
- No moon boys
- Have not do a good job of sharing failures
- Don't want to spend all our time managing calendars and taking notes

## Ideas

- Implement experiments
- Encourage behaviors
- Agree on the goals do not debate on how they are achieved
- IE: Goal is 10x YouTube subs not, "write a post about X"
- Tactics should support higher level objectives
- Measure outcomes not artifacts
- Results matter more than the documents produced
- Share learnings
- Create dashboards

- What is the current price?
- Who are the holders?
- Where is the liquidity?
- What other data is relevant to the as-is state of the $RAID token?
