Misogyny is real in crypto – I've experienced dudes minimize my skills and objectify me based on gender, so I always test to see if folks are "cool" and will treat me as a collaborator.

 > What convinced me to join the guild was Darren DMing me on Twitter encouraging me to apply and offering guidance on how to do all the steps.
