We’re working to improve the submission form, consultation procedures, and your experience in the process. We selected you because you recently submitted a project submission for {project name}, and we would love to hear how that went. We're offering 50 DAI in exchange for a 30-minute user interview. Are you willing to chat with us? ⚔️ ” Research Questions For clients: How did the client find Raid Guild? Did they know any Raiders personally? How web3-savvy are they? What is their role in the space? What are client expectations of what Raid Guild can do for them? What is the consultation about / for? How is their project being funded? Are they acting on behalf of a company or organization, or spearheading the project on their own? What is their motivation for building the project? Is it profit driven? For the benefit of the community? How was their experience with the hire us form? How was their experience with the consultation? Did they have DAI before filling out the form? Any issues with paying? What’s their preferred method of communication? Were they active on Discord? What was the experience like after they hit submit? What questions did they have? If they completed the project, are they happy with the result? If they received a consultation and did not hire the guild, were they satisfied with the value they got out of that process? Was price barrier or lack of clarity the reason for not paying 300 DAI fee?
