--- tags: Operations --- # Active Raids and Active Raiders ## Overview The Guild Keeper (bot) can take on assorted clerical and operational tasks to asyncronously keep the guild in flow. When Raids progress we want to track their statuses, success rate, and time to completion so we can iterate and improve on these over time. When Raiders join the guild it can be difficult to know what's available to do. Internally leads will look for availability in the member registry based on their _Raiding_ status. ## Active Raids Flow 1. Each Monday, check [Raid Central](https://airtable.com/tblSrMtojR9mVSfY2/viw2oK3Hm6YNNKwj3?blocks=hide) for Raids that are not `Shipped` or `Lost` that have a *Last Updated* date at least 2 weeks ago. 2. Ask the `#raid-channel` or raid member(s) to provide an updated note or status. `!crypt` command can take "completed" or "lost/closed" options to mark raids as `Shipped` or `Lost` * crypt can also mark the *Delivery Date* @ should we add/migrate to a status command? `!status [prep/raiding/complete]` ## Active Raiders Flow We can assume most members are busy unless otherwise looking for opportunities. We'll assume availability periods are two weeks starting on Monday. 1. Every two weeks, ask members if they're looking for raids over the period after next _assuming the current period is already been reserved_ 2. Update the Member Registry when a member declares they're looking for raids, _"Raiding"_. ### Manual active status Allow members to declare `!not-raiding` and `!raiding` to set this manually. * `!not-raiding [snooze]` can also take a `snooze` parameter like `3mos` or `6mos` so Guild Keeper will not bother the member about their raiding status for this snooze period. Currently this is _Raid Snooze_ (a date) in the Member Registry --- ### Raid Central v2 Notes * Raids * *Delivery Date* is date picker * Need to implement new client submission form * We could track a `#raid-channel`, if desired? * Member Registry * Discord handles are updated for members * Need to migrate web Join form to v2
