# xDAI OmniBridge Phase 2

## Summary
The multi-token extension for the Arbitrary Message Bridge between Ethereum and the xDai chain is the simplest way to transfer ANY ERC20/ERC677/ERC827 token to the xDai chain.

The technology is built and the UI was completed in Phase 1 and currently supports the older version of the bridge where the executions and gas required for the same are provided by the xDai network validators.

In the phase 2 of the project, the OmniBridge contracts have been modified such that the user requires two transactions to complete the transfer of tokens from xDai to Mainnet.

## Anything else you'd like to add?

* Contract and technical architecture have already been built by the xDai team.
* They have also given us the figma for design.
* New contracts have been deployed for Sokol-Kovan bridge.
* UI will first be built for Sokol-Kovan, and tested completely.
* New contracts for xDai-Mainnet is planned to deployed by mid-December.
* UI can then be deployed for xDai-Mainnet at the existing URL https://xdai-omnibridge.web.app
