# Raid Guild season0
Raid Guild is now accepting applicants to our `season0` cohort.
We're looking to bring in people who are seeking a path to work in web3.
Technically minded folks are in high demand, but even if you aren't a developer - Raid Guild values and is actively seeking account managers, marketers, ops, bizdev, researchers, and any other skilled non-technical professions.
Please have a baseline familiarity with [Raid Guild](https://raidguild.org/#manifesto) before proceeding, our State of the Raid newsletter provides an overview of what we accomplished in 2020 and where we're looking to go: [Raid in Review](https://raidguild.substack.com/p/the-raid-in-review-2020)
The cohort is an effort to test applicants skills and interests in a way that sets them up for success within the Guild. It's a 3 week process meant to educate and introduce a group of applicants to the inner workings of Raid Guild so they're able to take on the challenges of Raids in stride. The first week will be building an understanding of operating in Raid Guild and the web3 space, while the following two weeks will be testing your skillsets and aptitude for different types of projects and paid work via our apprenticeship roles.
Throughout the process, we hope to foster collaborative relationships and emulate the experience of working in Raid Guild so that you'll be `pledgeReady` by the completion of the cohort.
This application could take 5-35 minutes, depending on how much thought you want to put into it. If you're a good fit we'll have a kick off meeting March 1st to intro you to the cohort and how Raid Guild works.
Be honest about your intentions and time availability as you'll be expected to participate in meetings as well as governance - if you don't have loose availability in March, no worries - we'll be looking to run another cohort in the future!
But **if you are committed to learning and earning a way into web3 work now** - this might be exactly what you were looking for: [Enter.](https://forms.gle/sp5R4zJhSWox1TRg7)
See you in our Discord server! Make sure to say hi in #tavern, if you're not already there.

*some common questions so far:*
**What's the time commitment for March?**
* Filling out the form: 5-35 minutes
* Applicants commitment for the cohort: Around 5 hours a week ( give or take, including async work)
* For the cohort: Right around 1 month
**How can I get involved?**
It's better to think about what YOUR skillsets are and what you can do, always better to be proactive and show us how Raid Guild is better by having you as a member.
