# UX Testing Sessions
### Christina (BorrowLucid): Hunter
<div style="padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/795028699?h=a5fe92fff7&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" title="DM - Testing - BorrowLucid"></iframe></div><script src="https://player.vimeo.com/api/player.js"></script>
- Current tools:
- physical notebook
- calendar for appointments and check-ins
- DMs on telegram
- CRM structure:
- Name
- Contact
- Professional Bio + headshot
- Notes
- Link to transcripts
- What is the one feature that would help hunting the most atm?
- A map that illustrates how things relate to each other, the social relations of how people are connected to understand the flows of influence
- Looking at DM, she wants:
- A raid card with:
- name
- contact
- organizational affiliation
- how they have historically interacted with the guild
- progress of the conversation
- Desired features as a Hunter:
- Add a new consultation directly from the application
- Added with a form with input fields listed above
- Self-assign as a Hunter to a consultation
- Ensures that they receive the kickback (5% or 10% or whatevs)
- Information added into DM would be composed in a way that anyone (Clerics) could pick up the raid in a decentralized way, no further communication needed
- Need a way to track and accumulate Hunter commissions across subsequent raids
- If first raid is $20k, but then second engagement is $100k, the commission should reflect this value
- While browsing member cards, wants to view:
- their relevant skill sets
- their DAO/org affiliations and previous experiences
- some hints at their ideological orientation (ReFi, DeFi, ZK, etc) so raiders are appropriately assigned

### ApeironCreations: Meeting Facilitatooor
<div style="padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/795392742?h=2e2c223a6d&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" title="DM - Testing - ApeironCreations (Facilitatooor)"></iframe></div><script src="https://player.vimeo.com/api/player.js"></script>
- emphasis on Charmverse integrations
- collecting links relevant to raids
- google calendar is a hinderance
- privacy issues
- prepopulate notes doc based on what's sitting in DM
- markdown export of current raids (w/cleric & roles required)
- no network mentioned
- take pause for members looking for raids, head to members list
- hunters look into lost projects for potential clients to follow-up on previous project
- surface moloch sightings easier
- proposal generator
- might be confused that this is a lead gen tool instead of inbound tool
- is there any fun stuff we can add?
- guild wide-update page for larger announcements / current member benefits
- track raiders' external projects
- IRL event page

### 0xhanvalen: Cleric
<div style="padding:54.69% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/795410489?h=14ceecabd2&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" title="DM - Testing - 0xhanvalen"></iframe></div><script src="https://player.vimeo.com/api/player.js"></script>
- lots of deadspace on the landing page. don't like to scroll to see the footer
- wondering what chain is required for sign in - not the first time this observation came up
- loves that current raids are presented
- not all past raids are displayed
- Editing profile > Guild Class > wants to multiselect roles
- Error: unable to update profile
- Recruiting: wants higher fidelity on assigning specific roles to specific tasks to increase the transparency to others that might be interested in contributing
- Feature request: tagging other members in `Status Updates` on a raid, pinged on Discord
- Prefers Smart Escrow over Smart Invoice
- Sort: appreciates start date, end date, recent comment (although this doesn't seem to be tracking accurately)
- Bug: Recent Comment and Oldest Comment functionally are reversed
- Search:
- Bug: all text is showing up as white and cannot be seen
- Raid Status Update:
- Cannot change to `Shipped` - probably because he is not the cleric on the raid
- Feature request: store sort preferences when navigating back and forth between pages
- Status Updates: wants to add many more details outlining blockers and increased detail of the history of a raid
- Raider Activity: wants to mark members as active or inactive, to archive members that have not raided recently

### plor: Monk
<div style="padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/797527628?h=ffa16c6848&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" title="DM Testing - plor"></iframe></div><script src="https://player.vimeo.com/api/player.js"></script>
- Monks might find `Incoming` less important
- Raid card: Monks are focused on keeping raiders on task, so it would be helpful to keep notes for individual members for what is going on with them during a raid, to allocate resources for a retrospective, track issues.
- Raid card: `Status Updates` is important for collecting information for the whole team, especially for a retrospective.
- Updates is a stream. Would be nice to pin the msgs, like adding a link to the teams kanban so it can be easily referenced. Especially if/when we ease up on our reliance on Discord. Wants to collect links for where individual raiders are working: different tools, project spaces
- Ideal is to point people to the raid card and they have everything they need to get up to speed to join in the raid.
- Monks are focused on the financials. Links to Smart Invoice/Smart Escrow on the raid card would be useful.
- Milestone update would be good to track progress of the raid.
- For past raids: wants ability to add retrospective information to be able to archive successes and failures.
- Links to a Miro board or Figma Jam: 4 square retros
- Compiled reports, collected notes
- Monks will update the "phase" of the raid. Wants notifications of raids that might require attention to change their status.
- List of raids seems useful for meetings, but not really for monking.
- Same impression for the Consultations List
- Members List: would like to see members past experiences of working together
- Could identify raiders that have successfully worked together
- Alternatively, to avoid choosing the same raiders all the time
- Applications: wants more detail about their current status:
- have they gone through the cohort
- which cohort they were associated with
- did they successfully complete a cohort
- if they have gone on any raids or rips as an apprentice
- Accounting: Spoils: good to reference to see if the spoils are accounted for after completing a raid
- Commonly used tools for a monk:
- Smart Invoice/Escrow
- Trello
- Github
- Miro
- Figma Jam
- HackMD
- Charmverse

### Sasquatch: Cleric
<div style="padding:81.56% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/797538209?h=eb1b04326d&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479/embed" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen frameborder="0" style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;"></iframe></div>
- `Status Updates`: wants to add/upload/link to documents. Tried with HackMD
- Recruiting: Add Roles: wants to add all the roles in a single action instead of multiple drop downs and clicks.
- Wants a hover state to name the role.
- Unclear about what chain should be connected to.
- Wants to be able to edit a `Status Update` after it is submitted.
- Added a member to a raid expecting them to be tagged as a role (wizard), but they appeared as another (archer).
- Wants to add a link to the proposal on the raid card (separate from the `Status Updates`)
- Profile: shows that he has active raid but personal status is set to `Not Raiding`
- Applications: the sort categories of `Skill Type` and `Skill` seems counterintuitive
- Applications: `Create Member` is not clear from `Create Apprentice`
- Thinks a single member should not have the power to upgrade an apprentice to a member
- Accounting: wants to see personal tribute, earnings, etc on their profile page
- Members List: its full of people that haven't raided in a long time. We need a better way to sort/thin this list.

### Vengist
<div style="padding:56.25% 0 0 0;position:relative;"><iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/799656221?h=99813691b3&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;" title="DM Testing - Vengist"></iframe></div><script src="https://player.vimeo.com/api/player.js"></script>
- Raids > search raids >`Raid Role` copy text is confusing
- List + Grid View would be helpful for card view
- Tie shipped raids to accounting records
- Relay updates to external client channel in discord
- Hats integration: only certain members can update raid card details, maybe only the raids they are assigned to.
- NO GLOW on the fonts
- Wants to see data on what views were used the most by members, where they focus most of their attention, so we can refine the micro interactions to make their lives easier
- FUX integration: to signal availability, send "join raid" requests to members, track individual attention
- could be interesting crossover with raid manager rip
- Accounting
- clarity around the filters
