## Meeting Notes

### Frequency

Random for now, but marketing funnel is closing and stability/predictability is improving.

### Workflow

Clients are usually highly technical, but need help with product design.
They might have one person who knows some design, but mostly no design experience.
Sometimes it is a live product, sometimes new.

### Sprint Basics
6 or 7 day Sprints typically

Workshops themselves are no longer than 4 hours a day.

Usually couple workshop days within a full sprint
Workshop is in Miro

**IF new project**
High Level Sprint process
- workshop in Miro
- prototype/wireframe in Figma
- user testing/research to validate
- prettify (UI Design)
- output report and design assets as required
Client takes the assets and direction and develops.

**If product is already live**
- UX Audit
- Workshop to discover and suggest areas of immediate improvement
- Proototype/wireframe
- User Testing/Research
- UI Design

### Needs

**Immediate Need**
Facilitators to run the workshop portions of the sprints

Other reqs for the Sprints, currently filled but guild could add support in the future if desired.
- User Researcher
- UI Designer
- Technical Writer

### Onboarding steps
- Andrej can provide a run-through of the spint/workshop processes
- Shadow for a workshop. Maybe Andrej runs first 1/2 and if comfortable run second 1/2 yourself.

### Scheduling Samples (Berlin Time)

Tuesday
- 10a-12p
- 3-5p

Wednesday
- 10a-2pm
