# Opolis $WORK Token Symbol Design - Proposal

## Context
The Opolis Employment Commons is preparing to launch the $WORK token, and needs an image to visually represent the token within wallets, dapps, and other places where tokens are listed.

## Project Goals and Deliverables
Design a symbol/image to visually represent the $WORK token.

### Timeline

- First draft: March 18
- Final deadline: March 31

1000 xDAI

### Payment
Payment will be made via the Raid Guild escrow on the xDAI network: https://xdai.escrow.raidguild.org/escrow/recVwUQT1MrbvYGcU
- Step 1: Opolis `deposits` payment into escrow app
- Step 2: Raid Guild delivers work
- Step 3: Opolis `releases` payment to Raid Guild from escrow app

If a dispute arises, either Opolis or Raid Guild can `lock` the funds in escrow to trigger arbitration by [LexDAO](https://github.com/lexDAO/Arbitration/blob/master/rules/ToU.md#lexdao-resolver).
