What prevents us from reaching our goals or realizing our ideals?
- unclear SOPs
- not enough funding for sustainable ops
- communication is complicated
- nuance is challenging with online/remote teams
- intention alignment
- who's gonna stick it through?
- who's in it to save the world?
- how to co-exist with multiple incentives
- need more onboarding for new people
- incentive, reputation, transparency

What do we focus on this month?
- there's never a time when we can't be aligning our incentives
- everything should be fluid
- liquid payment for ops that can be turned on and off
- liquid/flowing staking
- **just cuz it's a bear market doesn't mean that shit isn't going down and there isn't money to be made**

Let's take the things that people want to work on and bring them to a forum. That can be discussed and then miniRips can come out of those conversations.
