# Statement of Work

BOLTEVM engages RaidGuild to build a DEX Connector for PulseX, a decentralised exchange (DEX) on the EVM “PulseChain” to provide automated trading capabilities for BOLTEVM’s social token $BOLT. As requested, RaidGuild will build on the software solution “Hummingbot” to connect and configure $BOLT trading on PulseX. The bot shall provide liquidity as an PLP and actively engage in trading on PulseX.

- add a the custom gateway connector specific for Pulsechain to designated repository
- test the functionality of the integration through manual and automated tests
- document the gateway connector
- deploy the integration to the servers provided by BOLTEVM

# Scope

In the described scope, RaidGuild offers the integration of PulseX on Pulsechain EVM into Hummingbot for the use by BOLTEVM to manage liquidity of $BOLT trading pairs for wxDAI 4,860 to be deposited into SmartEscrow before commencement of the work.

# Exclusions

All software developed by RaidGuild is provided as is and without warranty. Furthermore, RaidGuild does not promise nor engage in active trading activity that is enabled by the construction and deployment of the software.

# Process

After the deposit was made by the client into SmartEscrow, RaidGuild will commence constructing the DEX connector for Hummingbot. BOLTEVM ought to specify where the codebase is to be contributed to and whether it is to be open-sourced. After completion of the PulseChain integration is completed, RaidGuild will thoroughly test the trading application.

Smart Escrow allows for milestone-based funding and the Raid Party will continue development as long as each ongoing milestone has been funded. With Smart Escrow, any address can fund the escrow.

# Dispute Resolution

If you lose confidence in the Raid Party at any time, you may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow. If you do not release funds upon completion of deliverables, the Raid Party may `Lock` the remaining funds in escrow. In both cases, `Lock` triggers the arbitration provider (e.g. LexDAO) to review the dispute. Based on their review, the arbitration provider decides which party should receive what, sending a transaction to the escrow contract transferring the appropriate amounts to each party.
