**Meeting Minutes:**
During the meeting, the following points were discussed:

- O-RAN software community as a way to reduce operator dependence on vendors, increase cost-effectiveness, and expedite research.
- The focus of the project is on RAN, and the development of RAN components.
- 5G contains an AI component, namely RIC and O-RU (Open Radio Unit), which includes a scheduler for determining when to listen and when to speak.
- OpenWRT is an open-source OS for routers, and OpenWISP is a set of software tools that can be installed on OpenWRT.
- NS-3 Network Simulator is used for testing
- OFDMA is used to combine multiple packets into one to avoid interference or crosstalk, and FFT algorithm is used for this purpose.
- Trello is useful for project management
