Since the game mechanism might change at any time, causing this guide to be outdated, we recommend readers use our calculation tools, such as [production comparison] and/or [team analysis] for the calculation. As of 2025/11/14, the formula for calculating the actual helping frequency roughly goes as follows: $$ F = \lfloor F_B \times rounddown(M,\ 4) \rfloor $$ $F$: Actual helping frequency $F_B$: [Base helping frequency] $M$: [Bonus Multiplier] $rounddown(x,\ 4)$ means rounding down $x$ to 4 decimals. For example, $rounddown(0.76527,\ 4) = 0.7652$. ## Base Helping Frequency This helping frequency depends on Pokémon species. Each Pokémon species has a different base helping frequency. > Base helping frequency of different Pokémon species can be seen in either [Pokedex](https://pks.raenonx.cc/en/pokedex) or Pokémon species info page. ## Bonus Multiplier This bonus multiplier consists of multiple parts, and is the product of the following: - Level Bonus: $(1 - (L - 1) * 0.002)$ with $L$ being the Pokémon level - [Nature] Bonus: See the [nature] page for the multipliers applied - [Subskill] Bonus: See the [subskill] page for the multipliers applied. "14% faster" indicates $(1 - 0.14)$ - The subtrahend (0.14 in the example above) caps at 0.35 - The 0.35 limit only applies to subskills. The limit includes all active Helping Bonus effects - Helping Bonus is an interesting topic and occasionally undervalued.
