# Intro

As of 2025/11/14, [Darkrai] exclusively shows up during [NMD] only.

Upon "catching" [Darkrai], instead of getting another [Darkrai], the player will be awarded a [Eureka Seed].

Raising Darkrai requires significantly more candies than the other Pokemon. For checking the candies you need to grow [Darkrai], check [EXP Table](https://pks.raenonx.cc/en/xp/table) on our site.

# Strategy

We **do not** recommend growing Darkrai unless you can buy all event packs, and do not have any other strong Pokemon to grow, or have a large pile of handy candies.

This is due to the fact that [Darkrai] is not only expensive on catching, but also expensive on growing. The additional strength you will get from [Darkrai] is marginal compared to other Pokemon.
