**This is an oversimplified guide solely for you to evaluate a Pokemon at a glance.** The guide lists the [subskills] and [nature] to watch out for, categorized by specialty.

Some points to keep in mind when using this oversimplified guide:
- The order does **NOT** mean priority.
- If none of the preferred ones match, it's completely fine to send it to the professor.
- If the subskill or nature is not listed here, it only means the impact is minor.

Here are some marking explainers:
- subskill starting with ! means high priority, almost a must-have.
- nature ending with + means the effect should be a buffing effect.
- nature ending with - means the effect should be a nerfing effect.

As a note, **DO NOT evaluate Pokemon solely based on this rule of thumb because this is an oversimplified guide.**
