# Head of Product (Remote)

The Radicle Foundation is looking for exceptional individuals to join
its mission to foster a more humane Internet.

Candidates should be highly independent and creative problem solvers,
great communicators and passionate about peer-to-peer technologies. We
are looking for a head of product to work on our web client as well as
accross the board on our different user experiences.

At the foundation, we work fully in the open. The ideal candidate has
experience with open source maintainership, can plan and work in the open
and clearly communicate designs and trade-offs with the community.

We are looking for a few senior software engineers to help lead the effort
in building a new software stack and set of protocols for secure and fully
decentralized code collaboration.

*Requirements*

* 8 years of experience building products
* Background in engineering and product design
* Strong product vision and attention to detail
* Ability to work remotely
* Experience with HTML/CSS
* Experience working with Git
* Experience with the open-source software development process
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work with technical specifications

*Nice to haves*

* Experience with peer-to-peer technologies (IPFS, Dat, SSB, etc.)
* Experience with public key cryptography (PGP, Bitcoin, etc.)

*Compensation*

* Salary in the range of $150K-$250K/year depending on experience
