## "Easy"

* Code of Conduct

* discoverability
* Branch renaming
* Other naming guidelines
* Contributing.md
* Separate file with more than a paragraph
* Linked in README as well
* Contributors files
* Ideally, more than an AUTHORS file
* Should showcase contributions which are not code
* Project Scope, Values documentation
* Project charters, history.md, roadmaps, etc

## "Medium"

* Clear incident / issue reporting guidelines
* Named CoC reporting roles / esclation paths
* active moderation process & guidelines
* accountability ladders (https://github.com/thisdot/accountability-ladder)
* application to other project spaces (chat areas, etc)
* Evolution of CoC, policies over time (keeping up to date)

## "Hard"

* Reporting / Metrics
* e.g. CHAOSS metrics / analysis of community composition
