# Refactoring CPC Meetings

**Goal**: Manage CPC meeting agendas to drive faster progress on high-priority CPC issues and programs.

## Current State

CPC meeting agendas more closely resemble weekly 'stand-up' meetings, wherein all topics are run through and given 'status updates' from the people who know the most about the issue at hand.

Complex topics, which often need more context setting, move forward more slowly. This can result in the group having incomplete information, or misunderstandings as to the work's 'current state.'

## Future State

Every third meeting of the CPC will be a 'Stand' style meeting, wherein the objective is to check in on all tagged issues, prioritizing and actioning them as appropriate. If an issue is new, it will be presented
