* Tier 1 - Diverse Pilot Group served by early/mid Sept.
* Tier 2 - Serve W3C Staff, management before TPAC
* Tier 3 - Serve Broader Community at TPAC
**Students Will Be Able To (Learning Objectives):**
* Explain what we are trying to achieve as a community - W3C values and community standards. Higher level code & cultural change.
* Are familiar with CEPC & its content.
* Can access CEPC in conflict situations.
* Can use CEPC materials as a bystander.
* Can use CEPC materials to assess wether there has been an incident to report.
