Higher level code & cultural change. * Are familiar with CEPC & its content. * Can access CEPC in conflict situations. * Can use CEPC materials as a bystander. * Can use CEPC materials to assess wether there has been an incident to report. **Metrics:** * how much / how likely people are to share the materials **Curricula:** I.
