**सीमा उल्लंघन के कारण चीन के साथ भारत के संबंध 'असामान्य' : एस जयशंकर**

नई दिल्ली: भारत के विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर (External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar) ने 28 अप्रैल को सेंटो डोमिंगो में कहा कि चीन के साथ सीमा प्रबंधन समझौतों के उल्लंघन के कारण भारत-चीन के संबंध (India-China Relations) असामान्य हैं. विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर 28 अप्रैल को सेंटो डोमिंगो पहुंचे थे. एस जयशंकर की डोमिनिकन गणराज्य देश की पहली आधिकारिक यात्रा है. विदेश मंत्री ने ट्वीट कर कहा कि 'अपनी पहली आधिकारिक यात्रा के लिए सेंटो डोमिंगो पहुंचा.

जयशंकर ने यहां डोमिनिकन गणराज्य के राजनयिक स्कूल के राजनयिक कोर और यंग माइंड्स को संबोधित करते हुए कहा, भारत ने पूरे क्षेत्र में कनेक्टिविटी, संपर्क और सहयोग में नाटकीय बदलाव देखा है. हालांकि, सीमा पार आतंकवाद के मद्देनजर पाकिस्तान इसका अपवाद बना हुआ है. चाहे वह अमेरिका हो, यूरोप, रूस या जापान, हम यह सुनिश्चित करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं कि ये सभी संबंध विशिष्टता की मांग किए बिना आगे बढ़ें. वहीं, सीमा विवाद और वर्तमान में भारत और चीन के संबंधों की असामान्य प्रकृति के कारण चीन अलग श्रेणी में आता है.

जयशंकर ने कहा कि पैंगोंग झील क्षेत्र में हिंसक झड़प के बाद 5 मई, 2020 को पूर्वी लद्दाख सीमा पर गतिरोध शुरू हो गया. जून 2020 में गालवान घाटी में भयंकर संघर्ष के बाद दोनों देशों के बीच संबंधों में काफी गिरावट आई, जिसने दशकों में दोनों पक्षों के बीच सबसे गंभीर सैन्य संघर्ष को चिह्नित किया गया. अपने संबोधन में जयशंकर ने बताया कि कैसे भारत दुनिया से संपर्क करता है और लैटिन अमेरिका को जोड़ता है और आज के भारत और कल के भारत का क्या अर्थ होना चाहिए.

"भारत की सबसे अधिक दबाव वाली प्राथमिकताएं स्पष्ट रूप से इसके पड़ोस में हैं. इसके आकार और आर्थिक ताकत को देखते हुए, यह सामूहिक लाभ के लिए बहुत अधिक है कि भारत छोटे पड़ोसियों के साथ सहयोग के लिए एक उदार और गैर-पारस्परिक दृष्टिकोण अपनाता है और ठीक यही हमने किया है.
