## Unjustified

There are two justifications the CDC uses to say that covid vaccines are required:

1. it stops the spread
- "Vaccine effectiveness studies provide a growing body of evidence that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines offer similar protection in real-world conditions as they have in clinical trial settings, reducing the risk of COVID-19, including severe illness, among people who are fully vaccinated by 90 percent or more." (CDC)
3. it stops hospitalization or death
- "While COVID-19 vaccines are working well, some people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will still get sick, because no vaccines are 100% effective. These are called vaccine breakthrough cases. However, data suggest that vaccination may make symptoms less severe in people who are vaccinated but still get COVID-19." (CDC)

Reason 2 effectively boils down to a personal choice. If reason 1 doesn't hold up, then there is no justification.

I don't know of any studies that focus on transmission. The models are focussed on if primary infection is stopped, then the person will not spread the virus. [**CITATION NEEDED**]

### It Does NOT Stop the Spread


The CDC Asserts that the vaccine is 90 percent effective, which makes it sound like if you get the vaccine, you have a 90% chance of not getting the virus. This is actually not true. The study that the CDC cites to demonstrate this actually shows the following. They have 300 unvaccinated people, and 300 vaccinated people in the study. In **ONE** of the PCR tests during the study, around 23 people in the unvaccinated group tested possitive for COVID, while only around 16 people in the vaccinated group tested possitive for COVID.

What this means is that 90% is not _absolute_ risk, it's _relative_ risk. Which means you have a 1.2% percent change of catching covid without the vaccine and a 0.8% with the vaccine. You were ALWAYS able to get COVID even after the vaccine, and the CDC lied about it.

### Cleaveland Clinic study of 51,000 shows a 1:1 relationship that the more vaccines you get, the more likely you are to get COVID.

### Offical German data shows the effectiveness of the vaccines is -87%


> The unvaccinated had 186 cases out of 26.5% of the population. While the fully vaccinated had 4020 cases out of 70.53% of the population.
> The vaccinated Omicron case incidence was 57 per 1 per cent of the population (830,000 is 1% of the 83 million German population)
> While the unvaccinated Omicron case incidence was just 7.02 per 1 per cent of the population.
> The vaccinated were (57.0/7.02 =) **8.12x** more likely to be infected with Omicron than the unvaccinated in Germany.
> Vaccine effectiveness = immune system effectiveness = (1-8.12)/8.12 = -7.12/8.12 = minus-87.7%.
> Therefore, at the beginning of January 2022, fully vaccinated Germans had an 87.7% lower immune response than the unvaccinated had to Omicron.

### Conclusion

In Summary, the MORE vaccines you get, the MORE likely you are to get symptomatic covid, the more likely you are SPREAD COVID. Which means the CDC's requirement to get the primary series to stop the spread of COVID **IS COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT**.

1. Studies show that zero people in my age group have died from covid
2. ~99.98% recovery for all age groups
3. ~99.9999997% for age groups under 70

## 4.0 Vaccine Effectiveness

1. Vaccines are not shown to stop primary infection
2. Vaccines were never tested for stopping the spread
3. Vaccines have not demonstrates they prevent hospitalization or death
4. The cleaveland clinic studies have the following conclusion that, "vaccines with questionable safety and effectiveness should not be mandated"

## 5.0 Generalized Risks

1. The generalized risks show the unvaccinated group have better outcomes
2. Less likely to catch covid
3. Less likely to die from covid
4. Less likely to die from other causes
5. Countries who did not force vaccinations have better outcomes showing that the intervention has not proven to be beneficial

## 6.0 Vaccine Side Effects

1. The vaccines have proven to have side effects that are more detrimental that Covid 19 itself
2. These side effects are numerous with list of known side effects from the trial being eleven pages long
3. The four main known causes are as follows
4. Scientific papers for each one of these causes has been attached
5. Note that the risks for the age group are ZERO, so all of these are UNNESECARY damages to the individuals involved

## 7.0 Existing Ligitation

1. The legality of forced EUA mandates has been questions several times over the last few years
2. All of the attempts to mandate experimental vaccines have been struct down by the courts

1. covid-19 vaccine is not mandated for US citizens, illegal immigrants, non-immigrats or US government workers
2. The covid-19 requirement for legal immigrants does not seem to be an actual health emergency as much as an arbitrary requirement
