Essential functionalities:
1. Column-wise cell editing (at least 10 days?)
https://github.com/bloomberg/ipydatagrid/issues/230
Needs changes upstream (lumino/datagrid), difficult to get a sense of the time needed to get this feature
2. Cell rendering improvements
image rendering (2 days?)
Was done in beakerx_tabledisplay, it should be easy to port to ipydatagrid or lumino/datagrid

Intro
extract of Marissa Goldberg tweet:
I love remote work but I miss the serendipitous moments in the office when I caught up with a coworker while getting coffee and had a breakthrough.
Serendipitous moments are ones that happen by chance.
That coffee break moment happened due to structure. You're working in the same physical office as your coworker and have the same work schedule. This structure is what brought the two of you together.

Engineering 4.0
The MUSCLOR project focuses on modern ways to design complex systems (turbofans, landing gears, etc.).
Today:
a lot of tools, one/multiple per field of competence, totally disconnected
process: extract from a tool, send spreadsheets of data, import in another tool, version sometimes
more integrated conception = chaining tools
quick win approach, automate the existing process
