# Ethereum Protocol Fellowship- The third cohort ( update-1).

This is the first update for Ethereum Protocol Fellowship - The Third Cohort.

The first week’s goal was to look at different proposed project ideas and understand the intention and application of these ideas. I also researched the tech stacks required to contribute effectively, which also influenced my decision-making process.

## Update

I’ve picked interest in the light client project and these will be my area of contribution going forward.

My plan is to through the [suggested reading list](https://github.com/olaoluwa057/cohort-three/blob/master/program-guide/reading.md) and also begin to map out areas of contribution in the light client project. I'm also looking forward to the meeting as i expect to get more clerity on how best i can contribute going forward.
