# SGC Week 7 - Server Side App ## Stop - Apologizing for suggestions and ideas, every idea matters and at the end of the day is about moving project forward by ensuring we are learning. ## Go - be as responsive as possible, especially when cameras are off - be more clear with the tasks and things to do - be mindful of time in group presentations - switch pairs more often +1 - spend a little more time on css +1 - break regularly (aimed at myself!) +1 - Co-author ## Continue - Keep being awesome and understanding :star2: - writing amazing code!! - Being planned and organized - being a lovely team ### Notes - Express your ideas and suggestions freely without urge for apologizing (Sevda) - Be mindful when cameras are off by being more vocal in sense of actionable productiveness. (Amy) - Have a more descriptive action plan especially when things are changing and evolving. Stay syncronized, simply stick to the time given to each pair, and communicate every step out of the way more often. So if there is a solution to the issue that other pair can quickly action they can. (Antonio) - Switch pairs more often (Amy) - Spend a little more time on css (Not sure really :) : Amy) - Stick to the breaks (Neville) - Have 'co-author:' ready to go in the group discord chanel so it can be easily implemented to the commits (Neville) - Treat read me as hack.md (Amy) - Helps when multitasking and switching in between tasks (Neville) - Readable code is the way to go :) (Amy) - Do wireframes, reads, ux/ui, etc (Sevda) - Keep making it more breathable with as less as possible conflicts. ♥️ (Amy)
