# Gather Town 聯合贊助計畫 - 主頁

PyCon TW 已向 gather.town 詢問，如果在台灣有數個 conf 、平均每場次約一千人的線上開源性質的社群研討會，「似乎」可以拿到免費的贊助，條件是至少要在官網列名 gather.town 參與贊助一事（還有其他更多 sponsorship requirement，請密切追蹤 email group）。另外：

- gather.town contact 為 Kevin Berry **[e-mail]**
- [e-mail] 是業務（或一般性詢問），特定事件、聯繫窗口，例如「地圖解鎖」與「重新協商贊助條件」，建議至少送一份給 kevin [e-mail] 為主要收件人
- 目前僅為雙方初步表達意向與大致的贊助條件與回饋，還需要更具體的細項
- 剛加進工作 mail group 的社群夥伴，請確定你有透過工作 mail group 收到轉發自 Kevin Berry 當初的 init email （內容 Kevin 有提到初步的贊助條件與回饋）

## 已表達意向願意參與之 conf 組織

工作 mail group ~~暫定使用 [e-mail]~~ 為 [e-mail] 。如果發信給 [e-mail] ，信件會自動被轉發到下列信箱（~~發信也必須是這些信箱才會被允許在 [e-mail] post~~ 發信到 [e-mail] 可以是任何信箱，方便接收來自 Gather 的 reply email）：

- PyCon TW [e-mail]
- SITCON [e-mail]
- COSCUP [e-mail]
- g0v Jothon [e-mail]
- MOPCON [e-mail]
- (gather.town 作為備案觀望中) HITCON [e-mail]

### 關於使用 mail group

- ~~使用 [e-mail] 只是因為當初給 gather.town 的 init email 由 PyCon TW 發出，方便大家暫時與 gather.town email 往來時與上述各 conf 同步資訊用。未來有更適當的 email address domain 時我們再換掉，歡迎大家提供與提議更適當的 domain name。~~
- [e-mail] 是 Open Culture Foundation （ OCF ） 提供的 mail group。調整 mail group 的聯絡人為 Rock [e-mail] from OCF 或 Tai [e-mail] from PyCon TW 。
- mail group 成員可以透過 https://groups.google.com/a/ocf.tw/g/ossconf 查詢歷史信件往來。
- mail group 第一次使用該 mail group address 時，請務必確認下列兩項事宜：
- 你收得到這封信
- 你可以藉由寄信給 [e-mail] 發信給大家 a.k.a. mail group 成員
- 想被加進與從 mail group 中移除的夥伴歡迎隨時告知 [e-mail]
- 徵求願意接手整合工作的夥伴帶領大家繼續前進、取代 [e-mail] （請找 [e-mail] 或是歡迎發信到 mail group 自告奮勇）

## 重要時間點

PyCon TW 單方面初步草擬的重要時間點，各 conf 夥伴請依照貴 conf 的需求隨時提出與大家協調合理的時間表。

- nice to have：對 gather.town 規格要求能有 70% 以上具體的細項（人次、流量、互動物件等），用來之後協商「gather.town 做得到或是做不到」

- code-freeze 對 gather.town 規格要求能有具體的細項（人次、流量、互動物件等），用來之後協商「gather.town 做得到或是做不到」。這是決定 +1 或是退出的最後 soft 時限。
- 在這個時間點之後才 +1 可能會整合不進來、在這個時間點退出也有可能會加不回來， code freeze date 請慎思。
- 這個 phase 會「送交初步接受贊助的 conf 名單」，送交後 g0v Jothon 會馬上接力解鎖馬上要來的活動。
- phase 2 update: Kevin Berry 有回信提示更多細節，包括技術上與贊助回饋條件上。
- phase 3: 7/28
- 決定 +1 或是退出的最後 hard deadline （不知道會發生什麼事情）
