政府級的生成式 AI 指引

LLM 的有機載體（這句說得不錯

生成式 AI 的發展十分快速，圖像、影片、或糟糕的東西。這些東西對人類的智慧財產權造成挑戰。這是我們現在就需要解決的問題嗎？容易解決嗎？

在一開始的時候，生成式 AI 就已經應用在程式設計工作中，如 IDE 的自動補齊功能，之後又有自動編寫功能。這樣的發展有利於程式開發者嗎？

sandbox 變得更重要

生成式 AI 能以前所未有的速度掃描參數空間，是否能夠成為強力的研究工具？在高等教育中可否成為助力？

英文教育還是很重要，英文能力會反映在 prompting 的能力

GAI 做不好的方向，就是還沒有資料的方向，就是我們的機會
