• Keep Novi work separate from halo2 work
  • Novi based on arkworks ecosystem.
    • Keep working on it, independently of halo2
• GKR work separate for now
• halo2 team is renamed to tooling team -> halo2l?
  • TODO: Find a good name
• primitives team is sepparate and collabs with halo2 team
• Create a new neutral organization for new halo2 repos
  • Get support from Axiom, Scroll, etc. in a neutral place (Geometry too?)
  • Communicate about this to the community (including zcash)
