- Help Expand, coach and build teams of (FP) Software engineers
- Build projects for and teams at clients
- Build and expand the framework and shared libraries
- Represent the company, FP and approach to clients, optionally at meetups and possibly conferences

Immediate Outlook (12-18 months)

- 2 main projects for our primary client are underway
another major project is in the works
- Other projects are under consideration
- Expand our team with an additional 2-3 engineers
