# The Truth Post — Curation Pool: News
## Curation Policy
This curation pool is dedicated to curating a variety of **news** content, which MUST be presented in English.
A1. Content that is not effectively communicated to an English reader due to language misuse MUST be regarded as inaccurate. But, typography and grammar errors MUST NOT form a basis for a challenge provided the content remains comprehensible.
A2. Content that is not pertaining to news MUST be deemed inaccurate.
## Arbitration Guide
B1. Rules stipulated in this section MUST take precedence over subsequent rules. In case of any contradictions, the preceding rule MUST be enforced.
B2. A valid challenge MUST have a reason presented before the commencement of the first round's voting period. This reason MUST be supported with evidence, as defined in rule B5. If no reason is presented before the voting period, the challenge MUST be considered unwarranted.
B3. An article that contains any inaccurate information MUST be considered inaccurate. Having predominantly accurate content MUST NOT be a reason to consider the entire document accurate.
B4. Some documents MAY contain time-sensitive information. In these cases, accuracy MUST be evaluated within the timeframe specified by the article. Information is deemed accurate if it was true within the specified timeframe, even if it has since become outdated or inaccurate.
B5. All evidence MUST be submitted in an open file format. Evidence presented in proprietary file formats MUST NOT be accepted.
### Appendix
c1. MUST This word, or the terms "REQUIRED" or "SHALL", mean that the
definition is an absolute requirement of the specification.
C2. MUST NOT This phrase, or the phrase "SHALL NOT", mean that the
definition is an absolute prohibition of the specification.
C3. SHOULD This word, or the adjective "RECOMMENDED", mean that there
may exist valid reasons in particular circumstances to ignore a
particular item, but the full implications must be understood and
carefully weighed before choosing a different course.
C4. SHOULD NOT This phrase, or the phrase "NOT RECOMMENDED" mean that
there may exist valid reasons in particular circumstances when the
particular behavior is acceptable or even useful, but the full
implications should be understood and the case carefully weighed
before implementing any behavior described with this label.
C5. MAY This word, or the adjective "OPTIONAL", mean that an item is
truly optional. One vendor may choose to include the item because a
particular marketplace requires it or because the vendor feels that
it enhances the product while another vendor may omit the same item.
An implementation which does not include a particular option MUST be
prepared to interoperate with another implementation which does
include the option, though perhaps with reduced functionality. In the
same vein an implementation which does include a particular option
MUST be prepared to interoperate with another implementation which
does not include the option (except, of course, for the feature the
option provides).
