# Questions / Notes for calls with Judges / Advisors Positioning / Value Proposition / Strategy / Overall Vision - Our product has 3 primary features: AI-generated art, NFTs, and contests - Which of these **features is critical to our application** if we scale / expand? Are there other features we could expand / pivot into that make sense? - One suggestion we recieved (Alex Komarov) was to allow custom-uploaded artwork and include user voting (latter we were already planning), like a Decentralized Fiverr. This de-emphasizes the AI-generated aspect--do you think this is a good idea? Should the main focus be decentralized art of all types? - Our value proposition is twofold: - Businesses / people can get NFT art made for them - Another idea is making this into a service for companies / protocols to build out NFT collections - i.e., Aptos wants to release a new NFT collection to attract users--they use Prompt, and let's say 20k submissions come in (whether AI or custom made), from which they take 5k and mint them. creators get some payout / royalties / ownership - is this a viable value prop? good idea for a pivot? AI - Is AI-generated art a sufficient selling point for contest creators? Or do you think they would generally prefer custom artwork? - Can we use AI for user-generated content or avatar NFTs? Is there a market there for that? - As AI-generated art becomes more mainstream and open-source, is this a competitive disadvantage for us? How do we build a competitive moat around that, if possible? NFTs - should we allow or focus on uploading / creating entire NFT collections? or individual pieces of art? - Do we think users are going to use Prompt to crowdsource NFT collections for them to then sell? Or will they crowdsource it for their own art/personal uses? If both, is there a particular area we should prioritize? - What if we allowed various contest participants to all contribute to a particular contest and win Contests - Does the current contest model with pool amounts and submission fees work if we scale / expand prompt? - If not, how should we think about monetary incentives? - If we did the Decentralized Fiverr approach, how should we think about contests / monetization / incentives? Scaling / Expansion - Is there a particular protocol we should build this on, if not Canto? - Should we aim to make this as interoperable as possible across protocols?
