# Experienced Ghost Hunter Progession System
**Experienced Ghost Hunter Track**
*Ghost Hunter to Experienced Ghost Hunter*

To request a promotion to Experienced Ghost Hunter, you must have 50%+ chance of promotion or show proof of prior experience. For proof of prior experience, you will need to gather a written statement from the Senior Ghost Hunter+ or Inspector (Ghost Operations Overseer)+. If your prior experience comes from a Officer or Squadron XO+ position within GO you will need to contact the GO Squadron CO.Once you complete those requirements or have the necessary proof, you can then fill out a Expierenced Ghost Hunter Interet Form. If you have 75%+ chance of a promotion you can skip the Experienced Ghost Hunter Interest Form. The Senior Ghost Hunter will verify that you have met the requirements and will contact you with your Experienced Ghost Hunter Exam. This short exam tests you on the basics of being a Ghost Hunter. To study for this exam, review the documents in the #public-resources of Public Bulletin. After you’ve submitted your Experienced Ghost Hunter Exam, the Ghost Operations Command will review your responses and presence in the community. If you have 100% chance of a promotion you can skip the Interest Form and the Exam. If you pass the exam, you will be promoted to Experienced Ghost Hunter. In order to check how much percent chance of a promotion you have, DM a Ghost Operations Command Member.

**Quota**
Once someone achieves the rank of Experienced Ghost Hunter, they are expected to complete their quota of 2% more chance of a promotion per week. Failure to complete the quota will result in a 4% chance of promotion deduction. Please review the Deduction Section to see the consequences for failing to meet your quota.

## Deductions & Exemptions

**Deductions System**
If you’re a Officer, you have a weekly 2% quota you must meet. If you fail to complete this quota, and you didn’t request an Exemption, then you will receive a 4% chance of promotion deduction. There is one way to receive a deduction each week, and that is by not completing your assigned quota. If you know you can’t meet your quota for the week, please fill out the LOA Notice in the CSC discord. Once you reach a total of 25% chance of a promotion, you will be demoted to a Ghost Hunter.

**Exemption**
This section is dedicated to the Officers and Experienced Ghost Hunters require an exemption from their weekly quota. You may request an exemption for special circumstances such as having finals, an emergency, or being away from a computer for the whole week. Exemption can be requested on the CSC Discord Server, #loa-notice. Exemptions may be requested for up to three weeks; anything longer must be directly approved by Gold Command (CSC). If a member of the Ghost Operations Executive Officer sees you in-game attending events, they will remove your exemption and LOA for the week. Please use the CSC Discord Server, #loa-notice to submit your exemptions, this will be the only way we accept exemptions. Keep in mind that this is a request for an exemption. Your LOA may or may not be granted. Ping your Squadron XO+ once your exemption/LOA has been accepted.
