# Community Residents 3mo. extension


## **This proposal is for continuation of the BuilderDAO Community Residents (Prof Werder and Satori) for January, February and March.**

Prof Werder and Satori have successfully been co-working on the community resident activities.

**Moving forward, Prof will continue focusing on the following:**

* Overseeing all community activites and activations.
* Prop House substitution: upon receipt of OP tokens, use rounds or other grant platform, to create grant opportunities for DAOs on Nouns Builder or other approaches to promoting Nouns Builder (e.g. possibly a writing contest with Kiwi). Prof will design and execute this process once $OP is received.
* Explore new Warpcast channel tokens and curation with openrank to see if this would be useful for the community.
* Continue to seek out opportunities to showcase Nouns Builder at IRL events (e.g. Eth Denver and FarCon upcoming) as well as in media (podcasts, spaces, etc)
* Submit props for the good of the DAO when needed and assist others in writing proposals.
* Assist with the Zora transition
* Make purple noggles available for member events. Management shipping of noggles for these events and to individual members. (message Prof to request)
* Continue to hold weekly office hours in the Discord, currently Tuesdays 2 pm ET to surface other issues and provide a regular time for voice chat.
* Continue 1 on 1 chats with BuilderDAO and other DAO members.
* Continue management and recording of DAO calls (with Satori or Patti filling in if needed).
* Continue meeitng with Patti weekly to sync on DAO issues and challenges.

**Satori will continue focusing on the following:**

* Primary management of the Builder Community discord, including re-implementation of a support ticket system and check channels daily.
* Once availble, take over primary promotion on Twitter and Warpcast, sharing DAO stories and announcements
* Answering questions and directing support issues in Discord, Warpcast and Twitter, and via dm's.
* Creating channels for prop discussions and idea generation, and fostering DAO conversations.

## Some highlights from the past few months

### Prof highlights from the past few months:

* Represented BuilderDAO at various events including Nouns Town and Art Basel including distributing hundreds of Purple noggles with BuilderDAO branding.
* Met with Nouns Builder community members from multiple DAOs at Nouns Town and Art Basel. Forwarded concerns and ideas to Millz for future development.
* Multiple 1 on 1 meetings/chats to assist BuilderDAO members and members of DAOs on Nouns Builder to lend an ear to concerns and problem solve.
* Worked with multiple proposers on props
* Discussed our experience with UNA with members of Nouns as they explore DUNA in various calls, spaces and meetings
* Discussed BuilderDAO and Nouns Builder on various media platforms, streams and podcasts including The Noun Square, GM Farcaster, Farcaster Fridays live streams, and Modern Markets
* Interviewed and amplified various DAOs on GM Farcaster including The Park, Yellow and Purple (sharing casts, interviews).


### Satori highlights over the past few months:

* Managed Discord operations, including addressing user inquiries, directing support issues, moderation of spam and scams, creating channels for proposal discussions, posting announcements about active proposals, etc
* Conducted a comprehensive overhaul of the Discord, including channel deprecation, category consolidation, and a full server-wide permissions audit
* Re-implemented and managed the support ticket system, ensuring efficient handling of community requests
* Distributed purple noggles at Blockchain Futurist Conference in Toronto and Nouns Town LA events
