Prop House: reimagine BuilderDAO art

tl:dr: 3 prop houses to spark creativity around BuilderDAO's art and start to create excitement around the Bali upgrade

With Nouns Builder's protocol upgrade imminent, let's launch a prop house to reimagine BuilderDAO's art in a fun way that gives a nod to the OP Stack chains: OP, Base and Zora.

• Prop House rounds would launch one week after passage of this prop.

• Each prop house will run simultaneously and will be open for two weeks with voting open for 5 days after.

• 5 winners from each round will be minted as a mini collection on Zora (3 collections, one on each chain) and receive all creator rewards from the collection.

• Top vote winner from each round also receives .5 eth

• Prop House Prompt Example: Reimagine the BuilderDAO art for Optimism. Incorporate elements of BuilderDAO's original artwork with a nod to OP and create an open edition. 5 winners will be part of a BuilderDAO mini collection on OP via Zora and receive all royalties from the mint. Top vote winner from the round will also receive .5 eth. BuilderDAO holders will receive an airdrop of the winning piece Upcoming upgrade is called Bali and incorporation of that is encouraged as well. Note: prop house winners will need to provide information for tax collection before dispersement of funds.

This is not to create new art for BuilderDAO's generative pieces for the auction but to create original art that can bring attention to Nouns Builder, engage holders and non-holder artists, and reward BuilderDAO holders with some amazing art (one winning piece airdropped to each wallet - total 3 to each holder).
