# **HackMD Pirata** Notice ###### tags : `Notice` `Pipeline` `HackMD` Each department can create a new HackMD page, mostly for technical documentation. ## If you create a new page Please warn the production Manager (Audrey) about it, so she can add it to the **Pirata HackMD board.** ### **When you create a page :** - First of all, please check in templates if you can use one for the page you want to create. - Go to "create a new page" and click on the 3 dots. Choose **"create from template"** - Specidy the concerned Department, followed by the theme of the page. > Example : **Modeling** Meeting - The proper tags. Please note that tags are already created and you can see a list when taping "tag: ". Please choose one of them so you don't create a double tag. > Modeling, Rig etc, Meeting, Scrum, Dasboard... > Careful not to create a double tag like modeling/Modeling. - Put a link to the Main Dashboard (**Pirata** Dashboard) at the top of your page, and if your page is a link from another page, please put this link too. > Eexample: Modeling tool Library will be link to the Modeling dashboard associated *and* Pirata dashboard. > :arrow_left: choose this emoji as a link to previous dashboard and main dashboard #### - Always **publish** your page and choose **"everyone"** in the Read and Write categories. ### If you need to link a technical document to an already existing page - Just ask the Production Manager to specify the appropriate page - Go to the concerned page and put the link in the proper category. > If it is a Dashboard, you'll probably have to add a sub-title. Just copy/paste the script and change the key words.
