# **Rewiew and Retakes from SG Website** Notice

1. In **SHOTGUN web site**
- Your **publish review** create a version (MDL,SHA,RIG...) in **pending review**

- For each **publish review** your supp/lead receives notification in his **InBox**

- in this highlighted notification, you can see the information of your **publish review** (Thumbnail and Description)

**if you want to give retakes**

- - [ ] open **MAYA**
- - [ ] load **the latest version** of the concerned **ASSET**
- - [ ] check if the [**Conformation Modeling**](https://hackmd.io/JgUG1AoqQlicoihQGvoZWA) is correct
- - [ ] check **Modelisation** (if the artistic direction is respecte)
- - [ ] do a screenshot and write **retakes** and **informations**

When you're done, go back to **SHOTGUN**.

- - [ ] If you **dont have retakes** you can change the **status** of the version to **Approved**

- - [ ] To share your **retakes**, go to **Open note** column and right click on **Add Note to Selected**

if you dont have **open Notes** column do a right click on the white little button
and select **Open Notes**

- - [ ] Open **Add Note to Selected**

- - [ ] To add a picture, click on **Attach**
- - [ ] Add description or information

- - [ ] if it is all ok you can **create Note**

- - [ ] go to **task** and change status to **retake**

- After this the graphist receives a **notification** in his **InBox**
