The actions that can be made payable within Upala are: - User makes a deposit to a group - Group provides a score to DApp - User or group is created - Member joins a group - Group alters member’s score Governance. Upala protocol allows to alter fees, add additional pool types, upgrade contracts, etc. ### Goals of creating the DAO - **Sustainability.** Attract investors. Exchange tokens for fiat.
